Elias has brown hair and mustache. He also constantly wears a hat.
History[]
He use to be part of The Hostiles but left to make his own money.
Abilities[]
- Elias has the power to control people using mind-control. Though it is possible to fight it, and it only effects the Metahumes.

Elias with Carl Hollister go to Madison Square Park hoping to find more money after winning $30000. He ends up being transformed by one of the crystals Denise Havens finds becoming later forming the Metahumes with his new ability.
He uses them to rob a bank for him and hoped to sell them off for a huge profit. The deal for them changed and he and the Metahumes are attacked by The Seekers, he ordering the Metahumes to kill them when they spared their lives.
He is killed by a disintergrator beam by The Hostiles.
